Make a contents list for the selected version

Write down each supplied band, handle and other attachment. Keep a carry bag or storage pouch on a separate line so that a headline piece count does not replace the information you need. Check the selected variation: a shared listing may show photos or descriptions for more than one package.

For every band, record its type, stated dimensions and resistance label. Leave any detail that is missing blank and ask about it. A large bundle photo is not proof that all the pictured items arrive together.

Compare like-for-like information

Put two sets side by side using the same headings: bands supplied, resistance description, dimensions, material, handles, other attachments and storage. Include the manufacturer's explanation of the resistance figures. A package total on one listing may not answer the same question as individual band labels on another.

If a listing describes combining bands, find the instructions for that exact set. Do not assume that adding printed numbers establishes a usable combination or that parts from another set can be mixed in.

Check how the supplied parts fit together

Find the manufacturer's setup and compatibility guidance for each attachment you expect to use. Confirm that the instructions describe the same version and parts shown in the contents list. Where the guidance is unclear, ask the seller or manufacturer before choosing the package.

Think beyond the unopened box

Check whether care instructions and replacement-part information are available for the exact model. Note where the pieces will be stored and whether the supplied bag or holder is included in the selected option. Keep the model reference and manual with your comparison so future questions can be answered without guessing which version you bought.

Before deciding, you should be able to answer three questions: what arrives, how the documented parts work together, and what information is still missing? A longer contents list is only useful if it matches the setup you actually need.
